The shining star of Bollywood and Local lad of the city, Ayushmann Khurrana has back home after so long. We have seen him recently in Gulabo Sitabo along with Big B, Sh. Amitabh Bachchan. The trending news in town is that Ayushmann Khurrana has bought a big house in his home town Panchkula at Sector 6 in Panchkula worth a whopping amount of Rs. 9 Crores.
Bollywood Actor Ayushmann Khurrana arrived at his hometown Panchkula a week ago from Mumbai after unlocking period 2.0. In addition to other things, Sources revealed Ayushmann has bought a house here in Panchkula, a satellite town of Chandigarh. On the evening of July 6, Ayushmann strolled into the Tehsil office in Panchkula with his better half, Tahira Kashyap to get the registration for both their names. Sources from the Tehsil office at the Mini-Secretariat state that Ayushmann visited there to get the house number 21 enlisted that he bought at the costs approx., Rs 9 Crores.

On July 6, Ayushmann doesn’t need any introduction. The heartthrob lad of Panchkula has consistently been doing a tremendous job in the Hindi cinema. His dad, P Khurrana who lives in Sector 2 Panchkula, is also a well-known astrologer in Chandigarh. The revolutionary star Ayushmann, who had his Bollywood debut with Vicky Donor, had prior paid the earnest money and the TDS as well. On the afternoon of July 6, during the registration of his new house, he also paid the rest of the money to the sellers, Subhash and Veena Bindra. The total area of the house is 869.50 sq meters. Sector 6, Panchkula is a posh locality where several IAS and IPS officials reside.
Wearing casual tees and jeans, and wearing face masks and eyewear, Ayushmann and Tahira happily posed for the fans and cameraman at Panchkula. People started gathering at the Tehsil office as soon as the word spread about Ayushmann’s presence over there.
Ayushmann has also been seen utilizing me-time at his hometown while cycling around Chandigarh. He is very fond of sports. He has been posting his photos on a cycle and headgear, driving in the city where he grew up and began his acting career while studying at DAV College, Chandigarh.
Ayushmann recently posted his picture on Instagram, with the caption saying, “Karmic cycle. Always takes me back to my city”.
